Sodexo is seeking a Part-time Suite Attendant at HARD ROCK STADIUM to deliver personalized food and beverage service in private suites during events. You will be the primary contact for suite holders and guests, ensuring a hospitality-focused experience from setup through post-event cleanup.

The role requires prior food and beverage or premium service experience, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS or equivalent). Flexibility with shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous food & beverage, hospitality, or premium service experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per local/state regulations.
• Must maintain valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM or equivalent) and comply with state alcohol training requirements.
• Food handler certification may be required per state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized food and beverage service to guests in private suites during events.
• Serve as primary contact for suite holders and their guests, delivering a hospitality-focused experience.
• Suite attendants ensure suites are set, stocked, and maintained; respond to guest needs promptly.
• Work exclusively within assigned suites, supporting pre-event, in-event service, and post-event cleanup.
• Review menus, order details, and service expectations prior to guest arrival.

What You'll Do:

As a Suite Attendant at Sodexo, you will provide personalized food and beverage service to guests in private suites during events. This role serves as the primary point of contact for suite holders and their guests and is responsible for delivering a high-quality, hospitality-focused experience throughout the event. Suite Attendants ensure suites are properly set, stocked, and maintained while responding to guest needs in a timely and professional manner.

Suite Attendants work exclusively within assigned suites and support pre-event preparation, in-event service, and post-event cleanup. Responsibilities may vary based on venue type, event expectations, and service offerings.

Responsibilities include:

• Review menus, order details, and service expectations prior to guest arrival.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of suites throughout the event.
• Monitor guest needs and proactively offer service to enhance the overall suite experience.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

What You Bring:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous food and beverage, hospitality, or premium service experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state regulations.
• Must maintain a valid TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures), TEAM (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management), or equivalent alcohol-service certification, and comply with all state-specific alcohol training requirements.
• A food handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations.
