Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a Busser at HARD ROCK STADIUM in Miami area. This part‑time role supports front‑of‑house operations, maintains cleanliness, team readiness, and ensures smooth service. The position offers exposure to event dining environments and varied shifts.

You will assist servers, reset tables, stock service stations, and help maintain overall presentation. Open availability preferred; shifts vary by venue and event needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, floors, dining rooms, service stations, and guest‑facing areas.
• Assist with stocking service stations with dishes, glassware, silverware, and supplies.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

What You’ll Do:

As a Busser at Sodexo, you will support front‑of‑house food and beverage operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and table readiness in dining and service areas. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient service flow and a positive guest experience by assisting servers, resetting tables, and maintaining overall presentation standards.

Bussers work closely with servers, supervisors, and kitchen teams to support restaurant, banquet, and premium service environments. Responsibilities may vary based on venue type, service style, and business needs.
