Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Suite Attendant to provide top-tier hospitality in private suites during events at LIBERTY BOWL MEMORIAL STADIUM. You will be the main contact for suite holders, ensuring suites are inviting, well-stocked, and staffed to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires availability for varying shifts, a high school diploma or equivalent, and relevant food/beverage or hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous food and beverage, hospitality, or premium service experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per local/state rules.
• Must maintain alcohol-service certifications (TIPS/TEAM or equivalent).
• Food handler certification may be required by state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized food and beverage service to guests in private suites during events.
• Serve as primary contact for suite holders and guests.
• Ensure suites are set, stocked, and maintained with hospitality focus.
• Respond to guest needs promptly and professionally throughout the event.
• Assist with pre-event prep, in-event service, and post-event cleanup.
• Adhere to safety and lifting requirements (up to 40 pounds).

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Part-time

Pay Range: $13.30 per hour - $17.95 per hour

What You'll Do:

As a Suite Attendant at Sodexo, you will provide personalized food and beverage service to guests in private suites during events. This role serves as the primary point of contact for suite holders and their guests and is responsible for delivering a high-quality, hospitality-focused experience throughout the event. Suite Attendants ensure suites are properly set, stocked, and maintained while responding to guest needs in a timely and professional manner.

Suite Attendants work exclusively within assigned suites and support pre-event preparation, in-event service, and post-event cleanup. Responsibilities may vary based on venue type, event expectations, and service offerings.

• Review menus, order details, and service expectations prior to guest arrival.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of suites throughout the event.
• Monitor guest needs and proactively offer service to enhance the overall suite experience.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

What You Bring:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous food and beverage, hospitality, or premium service experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state regulations.
• Must maintain a valid TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures), TEAM (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management), or equivalent alcohol-service certification, and comply with all state-specific alcohol training requirements.
• A food handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations.
