Job summary

4M Research, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Suicide Prevention Coordination Specialist/Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the Hurlburt Field location.

The role administers and monitors the DoD suicide prevention program for military, civilian, and family members, ensuring compliance with applicable DoD and Air Force guidelines. You will lead initiatives, analyze data, and coordinate with internal and external partners, preparing reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• MSW degree from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted social work license in any U.S. state.
• Maintain credentialing in good standing at a local MTF.
• At least two years in independent clinical social work in a mental health setting (within past five years).
• Experience in government settings (DOD/VA) preferable.
• Knowledge of professional ethics in clinical social work.
• Experience in brief behavioral interventions.
• Maintain current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administers and monitors compliance of AFSOC suicide prevention program for military, civilian, and family members per DoDI 6400.09, AFI 90-5001, and USSOCOM directives.
• Plans and leads complex initiatives and projects to promote program growth and sustainability.
• Manages project organization, prioritization, and strategic/tactical plans.
• Coordinates with internal and external organizations to share trends and training developments.
• Collects and analyzes data for leadership reporting and decision making.
• Generates and interprets data to develop best practices and lessons learned.
• Produces reports comparing metrics across commands on a quarterly basis.
• Ensures compliance with training requirements and annual inspections.
• Participates in incident review procedures for suicide-related incidents.
