Sugarloaf is seeking Snowboard Shop Sales Associates for the coming winter season at our Maine resort. This full-time role focuses on delivering quality customer service and deep product knowledge while performing daily retail tasks to assist guests with their needs.

The position offers an hourly wage of $17-22 based on experience, with perks such as a free lift pass, resort discounts, and access to Nordic trails.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Give accurate and current information about merchandise for brands carried in the shop.
• Use Sugarloaf tools and training to build long-term customer relationships and increase sales.
• Develop knowledge of Sugarloaf Resort and nearby area to answer guest questions.
• Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude at all times.
• Participate in in-store and external training opportunities.
• Work independently and multi-task while greeting guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Our Sales Associates are excited to help each and every guest with their needs. This full-time winter season role comes with great job perks and an hourly wage of $17-22 depending upon previous experience.

Responsibilities

• Give accurate and current information about the merchandise for all brands carried in assigned shop
• Utilize the tools and training provided by Sugarloaf Resort to develop long-term customer relationships and increase sales
• Develop strong knowledge of Sugarloaf Resort property as well as the surrounding area in order to be able to answer questions regarding area activities
• Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude at all times
• Take advantage of additional in-store and outside training opportunities offered
• Must be able to work independently and multi-task while greeting all guests promptly as they enter the store and hosting a warm atmosphere at all times
