Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is seeking Parking Lot Attendants to join our Outside Services team for the 2026-27 winter season. The primary responsibility is to direct guests to parking in a safe and efficient manner, greet guests, answer questions, and help load/unload gear to cars and shuttles.

Part-time and full-time positions are available with hourly wages starting at $15.50–$18.00 based on experience, plus great resort perks and discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Positive and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Direct guests and employees to parking locations.
• Maintain order in parking lots.
• Assist in loading/unloading gear, skis/snowboards, and luggage to cars and shuttles.
• Greet guests and answer questions regarding Sugarloaf and its surrounding area.
• Ensure safety and efficiency in parking operations.
• Support snow and trash removal around the resort.

Overview

Sugarloaf is seeking Parking Lot Attendants to join our Outside Services team for the 2026-27 winter season. The primary responsibility of this position is to direct guests to park in a safe and efficient manner. Additionally, Parking Lot Attendants greet guests, answer questions regarding Sugarloaf and its surrounding area, and will also help load/unload gear, skis/snowboards and luggage to cars and shuttles.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at work promptly and on time


• Direct guests and employees to appropriate parking locations


• Maintain order in parking lots


• Assist in snow and trash removal throughout the resort


• Exhibit a professional, courteous, and friendly attitude at all times


• Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions


• Must be able to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in all interactions with guests and fellow employees


• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as those are our busiest times
