Job summary

Sugared + Bronzed is looking for energetic Sugaristas in Dallas to provide full-body sugaring services, including Brazilian and bikini. You’ll educate clients, manage appointments, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace within a fast-paced team environment.

We offer paid training, competitive hourly pay plus gratuity, and opportunities for growth as we expand. Part-time and full-time roles available with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active esthetician or cosmetology license in the state you’re applying for
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini
• Educate clients on the sugaring process and post-care
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment system
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards
• Restock disposables and products; complete opening/closing side work
• Learn and maintain knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services
