Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED in Texas is hiring Sugaristas to perform full-body sugaring in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You will educate clients, manage appointments, and maintain clean, safe treatment rooms while delivering an exceptional client experience.

We provide a structured paid training program, opportunities for advancement as we open new locations, and a supportive team environment. Part-time and full-time roles with competitive hourly pay and gratuity are available.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in TX.
• Sugaring experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process and post-care.
• Greet, check in/out clients with the booking system.
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and sanitation.
• Restock disposables and complete opening/closing tasks.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and products.
• Respond to client emails and texts regarding appointments and services.
