Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED LLC is seeking Sugaristas who love hair removal. You’ll perform full-body sugaring, including Brazilian and Bikini, while building genuine client connections in a fast-paced, high-volume store environment.

Paid training is provided, with both part-time and full-time shifts. Expect commissions on memberships and product sales after training, plus bonuses and growth opportunities as we expand to new locations.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state you’re applying for.
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process and aftercare.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment system.
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and products; complete opening/closing side work.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of services, memberships, and product lines.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
