Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED is seeking a Sugarista to perform full-body sugaring and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll educate clients, manage appointments, and maintain clean treatment areas while delivering exceptional service. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist as we grow.

Part-time and full-time schedules are available; competitive hourly pay plus gratuity, bonuses, and benefits for eligible staff are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state you’re applying for.
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Services require the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process, and before and after service care.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and products; complete opening/closing side work.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
