Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED in Texas is seeking Sugaristas who love hair removal and client service. You’ll perform full-body sugaring (Brazilian + Bikini) in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and build genuine connections with clients, while multitasking front-of-house duties to keep the day running smoothly.

We offer paid training in our sugaring technique, flexible 7-hour shifts (part-time or full-time), high client volume to boost speed and confidence, competitive hourly pay plus gratuity,

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state applied.
• Sugaring experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process, and before and after service care.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and products; complete opening/closing side work.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
