Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED is expanding its team of Sugaristas in Texas, offering full-time and part-time roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will perform full-body sugaring hair removal (including Brazilian and bikini), educate clients on the process, and manage front-of-house tasks to keep appointments flowing smoothly.

We provide paid training, flexible scheduling with 7-hour shifts, opportunities for growth, and benefits like healthcare for qualifying full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state you’re applying for (Waxing license acceptable in New York).
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process, and before and after service care.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and products; complete opening/closing side work.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
