Job summary

Sugared is seeking passionate Sugaristas in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You’ll perform full-body sugaring, greet clients, and maintain spotless treatment rooms while building strong client relationships.

We offer paid training in our sugaring technique, flexible schedules with 7-hour shifts, and opportunities to grow as we expand. Competitive hourly pay plus gratuity and quarterly bonus opportunities await strong performers who join our team.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state you’re applying for (Waxing license acceptable in New York).
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process, and before and after service care.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and products; complete opening/closing side work.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
