A valid beauty license and at least 1 year of experience are required.
You should be reliable, service-oriented, and eager to learn. On-call coverage may be required, and you will benefit from ongoing training, marketing
Qualifications
- Active cosmetology or esthetics license required.
- Minimum 1 year as a licensed esthetician.
- Customer service focused and client-oriented.
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to self-learn and educate clients on services.
- Able to follow detailed instructions and accept feedback.
- Sugaring experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Master sugaringLA’s Smart Sugaring Technique.
- Learn and use scheduling software and studio procedures.
- Educate clients on Earthly Care memberships and skincare routines.
- Maintain a clean, inviting studio treatment room.
- Create new clientele through referral programs.
- On call coverage as needed.
