Halff is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our SUE/UC team in Austin, Texas. You will lead planning, coordination, and execution of subsurface utility investigations and coordination efforts for public and private infrastructure projects.

The role emphasizes managing scope, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary coordination, while mentoring staff and fostering client relationships. This is a growth-focused opportunity with ownership potential within Halff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or ABET-accredited equivalent.
• PE license in Texas or ability to obtain via reciprocity within timeframe preferred.
• 5+ years in SUE/UC, transportation, utilities, or related civil infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage SUE/UC projects from planning through completion, including scope, budget, schedule, staffing and quality.
• Lead utility coordination, conflict identification, and relocation efforts on transportation projects.
• Coordinate with utility owners, clients, engineers, surveyors, field crews, CAD/GIS staff and contractors.
