Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or ABET-equivalent program.
• 2+ years of experience with SUE/UC or related civil infrastructure projects.
• FE exam completed with progress toward PE licensure preferred.
• Working knowledge of civil engineering principles, design practices, construction methods, and codes.
• Proficiency with CAD/design software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret engineering plans, survey information, and construction documents.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel to project sites.

Aufgaben

• Support SUE/UC projects through design, analysis, documentation, and coordination.
• Assist with subsurface utility investigation, mapping, utility conflict analysis, and relocation efforts.
• Prepare SUE plans, drawings, exhibits, calculations, and technical reports using CAD and other design software.
• Review survey data, maps, aerial imagery, drawings, and other project information to support engineering design and decision-making.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, surveyors, utility owners, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with developing design specifications and construction cost estimates.
• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Perform field observations and review construction activities for conformance with plans and specs.
• Support multiple projects while maintaining quality, schedules, and requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
