Qualifications

• Must be eligible for registration as Agency Affiliated Counselor.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required by state/federal law.

Responsibilities

• Completing substance use assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supportive counseling and case management to clients and families.
• Facilitating behavioral health treatment and recovery-focused groups.
• Collaborating with clinicians and coordinating care within an integrated treatment model.
• Managing documentation in a respectful, client-centered manner.
• Providing progress reports to courts, probation departments and referral sources as appropriate.
