Job summary

The State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections seeks a qualified professional to advance Evidence Based Practices for Substance Use Disorders and the Earned Release Program at RGCI. You will assess, plan, and deliver treatment while supervising SUD groups and ensuring program performance.

Responsibilities include designing program delivery continua, coordinating after-care interventions across disciplines, and maintaining documentation and policy updates.

Qualifications

• Designing and developing a structured framework to ensure effective and efficient program delivery.
• Coordinating with multiple disciplines to develop, implement, and monitor the after-care interventions to programs.
• Conducting Substance Use Disorder (SUD) assessments and programming.
• Developing policies and procedures, program components, and/or specific activities to achieve program goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SUD groups at RGCI to meet program performance objectives and monitor measures.
• Design and develop a continuum of program delivery using DOC criteria and tools.
• Coordinate after-care interventions with institution management and multiple disciplines.
