Zusammenfassung

The State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections seeks a Corrections Program Supervisor to lead the Substance Use Disorder/Earned Release Unit. You will supervise social workers and treatment staff and ensure clinical procedures are current, while aligning operations with institutional goals.

This role requires clinical supervision credentials, SUD treatment leadership experience, and the ability to serve as the Warden's designee when needed. A twelve-month probationary period applies.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess and maintain clinical supervision credentials per Wisconsin DSPS.
• Experience delivering Substance Use Disorder treatment and supervision.
• Ability to supervise social workers and treatment staff.

• Supervise social workers and treatment staff in the SUD/ Earned Release Unit.
• Maintain and update clinical and administrative procedures.
• Develop, implement and monitor institution goals, policies and procedures.
• Act as Warden's designee as required.
