Job summary

Gateway Healthcare Inc. in Rhode Island seeks a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Coordinator to provide programmatic oversight of the SUD Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and oversee contracts and partnerships related to SUD treatment for region CCBHCs.

The role requires leadership in clinical best practices, regulatory compliance, and staff development, with travel between sites as needed. A Master's degree and LCDP license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in behavioral health or human services.
• 1+ year experience developing or overseeing behavioral health programs.
• Must have a personal vehicle to travel between sites during the work day.

Responsibilities

• Oversees SUD Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and staffing.
• Implements EBP curriculum and assesses client progress.
• Ensures IOP services are documented and billed per regulations.
• Maintains ASAM-compliant level of care.
• Manages urinalysis program contracts and operations.
• Acts as liaison with DCO agencies providing SUD services.
• Develops and evaluates trainings on SUD topics.
• Engages in community outreach and referrals for Gateway services.
• Provides direct client care within LCDP scope.
• Maintains thorough health records and confidentiality.
