VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Program Clinical Supervisor at Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown, Delaware. The role focuses on clinical supervision, treatment planning, and staff development to improve care for incarcerated individuals with substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in SW or counseling psychology or similar field.
• Must hold a substance use certification (CADC, CAADC, LCDP, or CCDP).
• Prefer licensed professionals (LCSW, LPC, LCDP).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an SUD program.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical supervision to SUD counselors.
• Carry a caseload, conduct groups, and develop treatment plans.
• Ensure program compliance and delivery of quality SUD services.
• Coordinate supervision coverage and train staff as needed.
• Collaborate with other SUD programs and departments.

Skills

Substance use certification

Licensed (LCSW/LPC/LCDP) preferred

Education
