This role involves providing clinical leadership, managing personnel, and ensuring programming fidelity. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor in Virginia. With a competitive annual salary of $70,000-$75,000 and a $5,000 bonus, this position offers valuable benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field is required.
• State Certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor in Virginia or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership and management on clinical aspects of the program.
• Conduct regular clinical record reviews within established timeframes.
• Supervise clinical personnel in both individual and group settings.
• Ensure all programming occurs according to the schedule.
• Train counseling personnel on clinical topics as directed.
• Address participant issues promptly according to clinical design.
• Collaborate with Virginia Department of Corrections personnel for service delivery.
