Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network is seeking a SUD Provider Liaison to monitor and manage SUD contracts lifecycle, purchase orders, and invoice processing under the SUD Grants Manager and the Director of Substance Use Disorder Programs. This role emphasizes financial tracking, regulatory compliance, and data reporting across state and federal programs.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in healthcare administration or grant management, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong MS

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field; master’s preferred.
• 1–3 years in healthcare admin, finance, grant management, or contract operations.
• Experience with grant lifecycle, invoice/purchase orders, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices for grant programs and SUD services with accuracy.
• Monitor grant agreements, amendments, and compliance.
• Serve as liaison for PO issuance, budgets, and invoice processing.
• Collect and reconcile data for mandatory state and federal reports.
• Present updates on funding utilization and program outcomes.
• Assist in procuring providers and managing contract lifecycles.
• Organize training webinars and support providers with portals.
• Establish SOPs for grant monitoring and workflow optimization.
