Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; master’s preferred.
• 1–3 years in healthcare administration, finance, grant management, or contracts.
• Experience with grant monitoring, invoicing, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for grant programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor grant agreements, amendments, and compliance.
• Serve as liaison for PO issuance, budget modifications, and invoicing needs.
• Collect and analyze data for mandatory state and federal reports.
• Track grant utilization, spend-down, and expenditures.
• Prepare updates on funding, metrics, and outcomes for leadership.
• Develop SOPs for grant monitoring and workflow optimization.
• Assist with grant reporting in EGrAMS, MhWIN, and related tools.
• Drive data-driven improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
