Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Human Services or Addictions.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferred with two+ years in AOD or mental health.
• Licensed or Certified as a SUD Counselor (CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LCADC, LCPC, LCSW) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential assessments using ASAM criteria to determine level of care.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling to support recovery.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to support client treatment plans.
• Educate clients and families; participate in community education.
• Document thoroughly for billing and regulatory compliance.
• Be on-call for patient care and required holidays (one per year).
