Klamath Basin Behavioral Health in Southern Oregon is seeking a SUD Counselor for a full-time day shift. You will join a multidisciplinary team including an on-staff psychiatric team and licensed clinical staff.

This NHSC-accredited site offers comprehensive benefits and loan repayment opportunities. The role focuses on designing recovery plans, crisis management, individual and group counseling, and coordinating with QMHPs and community partners.

Qualifications

• QMHP eligibility and required degrees.
• Oregon driver’s license required; MHACBO QMHA expected.
• Recovery: two years clean and sober mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with staff to coordinate care for mutual clients.
• Identify issues with clients and create goals and treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one counseling and case management; document timely.
• Lead group and individual therapy sessions.
