Pacific Clinics is hiring in California for a role focused on delivering integrated substance use disorder services. You will implement treatment plans, provide individual and group services, and monitor client progress under the direction of the Program Director or Team Supervisor.

The position requires conducting screenings, assessments, and trauma-informed counseling while coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and ongoing treatment needs.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• California State Registered Substance Use Disorder Counselor, or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Performs substance abuse screens, intakes and clinical assessments.
• Develops person-centered treatment plans for SUD and co-occurring disorders; plans for relapse prevention.
• Assists in admitting and discharging clients; gathers pertinent information from prior admissions.
