TURN Behavioral Health Services in Fresno is seeking a Counselor RES to provide assessment, treatment planning, and individual/group counseling within a residential program. You will coordinate care, deliver SUD recovery skills education, and support relapse prevention.

The role involves completing ASAM assessments, documenting thoroughly, and collaborating with the care team to ensure compliant, patient-centered progress in a non-exempt, full-time capacity in Fresno, CA.

Formación

• Experience providing individual and group counseling.
• Ability to complete intake assessments including ASAM assessments.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and documentation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group counseling and crisis intervention.
• Complete intake and diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Document accurately and timely to meet contract requirements.
• Coordinate care and support family involvement.
• Maintain chart reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist with placement and transportation when needed.
