CCS NW Recovery Centers in Washington is seeking a Temporary - Part-time Substance Use Disorder Case Aide to support outpatient treatment services. The role includes shadowing, case management, and clerical duties with hours based on caseload, up to 6 months, including some evenings.

Pay is $25.46 per hour and sick leave applies after 90 days. The Case Aide will work with youth, adults, and families, ensuring HIPAA compliance and family-centered care while developing skills to advance in SUD

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or has completed WA State DOH college courses for SUD certification.
• Must have SUDP Trainee Certification or be willing to apply for certification within 24 hours of job offer.
• Commitment to Substance Use Disorder services.
• Good computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Shadowing with Substance Use Disorder Professionals to learn caseload procedures.
• Case management support: retention, file maintenance, referrals, and court/agency communications.
• Clinical support: conduct intakes/discharges, assist with group prep and notes, urinalysis coverage.
• Documentation: maintain progress notes, update clinical files, and manage program spreadsheets.
