Job summary

Catholic Community Services in Everett, WA is seeking a temporary, part-time Substance Use Disorder Case Aide to support outpatient services. The position ranges 0-37.5 hours per week, with potential evening hours, and pays $25.46 per hour.

WA Paid Sick Leave is available after 90 days. This role provides hands-on experience within CCS NW Recovery Centers, focusing on family-centered care and professional growth toward SUDP Trainee.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or has completed required WA State DOH college courses specific to the SUD Professional Certification.
• Have a current SUDP Trainee Certification with the WA State DOH or be willing to apply within 24 hours of job offer.
• Committed to the principles of Substance Use Disorder services.
• Good computer skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Shadowing and Case Management: assist counselors with retention, file maintenance, referrals, and back-up for drug courts as needed.
• Clinical Support: conduct and assist with intakes/discharges, group preparation, notes, and urinalysis coverage.
• Assessments: participate in screening processes under clinical oversight to build knowledge and skill.
• Documentation: prepare progress reports for courts; document case notes and maintain PHI security; keep program spreadsheets up to date.
