Job summary

LPL Financial LLC is seeking an Analyst in the Succession Planning group to support end-to-end legacy planning offerings for its 32,000+ advisors. You will help deliver seamless services, manage project intake, and streamline processes to guide advisors in continuity and corporate planning decisions.

The Succession Planning team delivers end-to-end legacy planning support for LPL's 32,000+ advisors. LPL's Capital Partners & Client Solutions group is seeking an Analyst to help deliver seamless Succession Planning Support offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • Support succession service offerings and maintain/create efficient processes
  • Manage succession planning project intake and workflows utilizing internal resources to ensure milestones are completed and advisor expectations are met
  • Oversee escalations by both internal business partners and our advisors
  • Understand continuity, succession, and corporate planning options to guide advisors to make educated decisions
  • Support succession planning engagements with the ability to implement clear and concise strategies
  • Leverage technology to automate manual work and simplify processes where feasible to create a highly scalable, flexible, and efficient infrastructure
  • Interface with business unit counterparts to address specific needs of advisors
  • Ad-hoc analysis, financial data entry, and additional responsibilities as required
  • Present new ideas as we expand and iterate on our product offerings

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or Economics (or a related discipline)
  • 2+ years of wealth management, corporate finance, investment banking, or corporate development customer service
  • Core Competencies:
    • Written and verbal communication skills, ability to synthesize complex processes and communicate into digestible messages, ability to present complex topics in an engaging way with partners and clients
    • Ability to execute strategies and track successful delivery.
    • Problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and pivot as needed.
    • Ability to work within a team, take the initiative, and show strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-driven individual with a high level of motivation.
    • Positive attitude with a commitment to excellence and integrity.
Preferences:
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of financial concepts
Pay Range:

$69,937.00 - $116,493.00 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
