Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Trainer to support end-user training during an implementation. The role involves designing and delivering engaging training sessions for end users and stakeholders, creating user guides and e-learning content, and delivering both virtual and classroom-based sessions across multiple modules.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, strong module knowledge, and excellent presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering training on SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Strong knowledge of one or more SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Onboarding).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
