Job Description

The role utilizes comprehensive solutions architecture expertise to support software implementation projects. It involves supporting overall project planning by providing functional strategic guidance.

Essential Functions

  1. Provides functional strategic guidance for project planning, system landscape, data migration, testing, deployment, integration, and overall solution architecture.
  2. Advises Project Leads and Project Managers to implement best practices that positively impact the platform.
  3. Defines solution design practices and standards aligned with SAP best practices.
  4. Supports translating business goals into solutions, assessing feasibility and optimization.
  5. Designs and supports proof of concepts demonstrating technical solutions.
  6. Develops and supports business requirements leveraging SAP solutions.
  7. Identifies process improvements and defines solutions clearly and concisely.
  8. Supports pre-sales activities, including developing roadmaps, estimates, and RFP/RFQ responses.
  9. Provides Tier 2 escalation support for solutions.
  10. Completes deliverables such as system landscape diagrams and Solution Architecture documents.
  11. Ensures quality assurance throughout sales and delivery cycles.
  12. Builds relationships with business, functional, and technical teams.
  13. Supports functional and technical leads in workshops.
  14. Demonstrates industry-specific business process knowledge.
  15. Maintains an overview of the customer solution during the project cycle.
  16. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Certification in at least one SAP HCM or SuccessFactors module.
  • Minimum of 5 years in system implementations or solutions architecture.

Desired Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Expertise in SuccessFactors modules implementation.
  • Proficiency with SAP Integration.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Attention to detail and quick learner.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
