Certinia OIM/SCM Solutions Architect (Strong Business Analysis Skills)

We are seeking a highly skilledCertinia OIM/SCM Solutions Architectwith strong business analysis expertise to lead discovery sessions, define user stories, and establish acceptance criteria for our client. This role requires deep experience inOrder & Inventory Management (OIM)/Supply Chain Management (SCM), with a focus on business process understanding rather than solution design documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for OIM/SCM
  • Develop a comprehensive list of user stories and corresponding acceptance criteria based on client needs.
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to bridge the gap between functional requirements and system capabilities.
  • Ensure alignment between user stories and business objectives to facilitate a smooth OIM/SCM implementation process.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful execution of deliverables.
  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • During the build phase, provide functional oversight and support until User Acceptance Testing (UAT) begins.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure business needs for OIM/SCM are met effectively.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for Certinia OIM/SCM implementations.
  • Communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Senior-level experience as a Functional Architect or Business Analyst in Certinia OIM/Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Proven expertise in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong facilitation skills for leading discovery sessions and engaging stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex OIM/SCM business needs into structured requirements.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile project environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in supporting end-to-end project delivery, from discovery to UAT.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) Order & Inventory Management (OIM)/Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and integrations.
  • Experience in leading enterprise-scale ERP, OIM/SCM implementations. Additional PSA (Professional Services Automation) experience is a plus.
