Coastal Alabama Community College seeks a Success Coach to provide high-quality tutoring services that help students develop independent learning strategies and persist in college. You will support tutees through individual and group sessions, clarify concepts taught in class, explain processes, and guide problem solving to reach their goals.

The Success Coach is responsible for providing high-quality tutoring services for Coastal Alabama Community College students. Tutoring services assist college students by helping them develop academic success strategies. The primary responsibilities of a Success Coach are to support students (tutees) to become more independent learners, persist in college, and reach their goals. Success Coaches provide individual and/or group tutoring to students; meet with students to clarify and review concepts taught in class; explain processes; and help students solve specific problems. Tutoring sessions will support classroom-centered activities, and the emphasis and content of the tutoring sessions are determined by student need and/or instructor referral. Success Coaches work with the Lead Success Coach and instructors to maintain training and professional development.
Hourly Rate(s):
AS or BS degree: $26.00
MS degree or higher: $27.05

Coastal Alabama Community College is a multi-campus organization and employees of the College may be assigned to work at any of the College worksites, may be required to travel among various work sites for both day, evening, and weekend responsibilities, and must provide their own mode of transportation.
