Salary: $19.00 per hour
Working Hours: Up to 15 hours per week, between 8 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. on site. Hours will be based on advising center needs, employee availability, and current teaching load, and are not guaranteed every semester.
The Success Coach will serve as a general advisor for new and current students, providing guidance on course placement, registration policies, financial aid, and campus resources. The role includes supporting students through advising, course selection, and referrals to campus support systems, with special populations of students assigned as needed.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Ability to interpret business and governmental documents, and solve practical problems.
Regular sitting, talking, hearing; occasional standing, walking, handling, reaching; lifting up to 25 pounds; vision abilities required.
Moderate noise level; reasonable accommodations available.
