Job summary

ROBINS HOUSE LLC is seeking dedicated Success Coaches to support young girls in a trauma-informed environment. Roles can be full-time or part-time, with shifts available. You will guide girls through daily tasks, teach coping and life skills, and foster resilience within a caring team.

The position emphasizes conflict resolution, self-regulation, and practical life skills such as budgeting and home routines. Training is provided to understand trauma impacts and appropriate interventions.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in social services preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children who have experienced trauma is preferred.
• Energetic, caring, team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Background check, drug screen, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, insurance, and have no more than 6 points on license.
