Job summary

Cornerstones of Care in Kansas City, MO seeks a Life Coach to help youth learn skills for adulthood. The role works with a team to assess needs and create learning opportunities, coordinating activities that promote self-sufficiency and independent living.

You will facilitate daily activities, teach new skills, ensure safety, manage behaviors, and reinforce treatment plans, while documenting client information. A Bachelor's degree and two years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, child development, or criminal justice.
• Minimum of two years' experience working with children.
• Valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
• Background check, physical and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Create opportunities for youth to learn and practice skills needed to be successful in adulthood.
