Job summary

ROBINS HOUSE LLC is seeking full-time and part-time Success Coaches to provide everyday life skills to young girls in a trauma-informed environment. In this role, you will teach essential skills such as conflict resolution and self-regulation, while also addressing the mental and emotional impacts of trauma. Candidates should have a high-school diploma, and experience working with children, along with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Training will be provided.

We are seeking full-time and/or part-time Success Coach's to join our team all shifts . You will provide everyday life skills to young girls in a Trauma-Informed environment.

Responsibilities:

Teach and assist the children with everyday tasks such as conflict resolution, self-regulation skills, cleaning, cooking, homework, money management skills, etc.

Must learn and understand the physical, mental, behavioral, cognitive and emotional impacts of trauma and how trauma is manifested in the children.

Must learn and understand appropriate interventions and de-escalation strategies in helping children who have experienced trauma.

Collaborate with other members of the team.

Training in the above is provided.

Qualifications:

High-school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in social services preferred. Minimum 1 year experience working with children who have experienced trauma.

Ability to build rapport with clients and families

Required to pass a background check, drug screen, have reliable transportation, valid drivers license, insurance, and have no more than 6 points on license.
