Subway - Hufnagel Holdings in New York is looking for a Manager to lead restaurant operations. The full-time role offers a guaranteed hourly wage of $18.00–$20.00 with additional bonus opportunities and benefits.

You’ll oversee guest experience, food safety, inventory, and local marketing while guiding staff and maintaining compliance. Applicants should have at least two years in supervision in a restaurant setting, strong customer service, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervision experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS/cash register.
• High attention to detail and ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds and maintain safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure food is prepared and served properly.
• Keep restaurant facilities clean, functional, and safe.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Providing an excellent guest experience

• Ensuring that great food is prepared & served

• Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful

• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. Including being aware of local and national healthy and food safety codes

• Managing inventory and money control systems

• Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach

• Recruiting staff

• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales

• Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales

• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window

• Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

• A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
