Job Summary
This position prepares the candidate for the Restaurant Manager role. After training, the Restaurant Manager Trainee (RMT) may manage the day-to-day operations of a designated restaurant for up to 90 days, with responsibilities including people, operations, and financial metrics. The RMT reports to the Restaurant District Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent guest service and coach team members
2. Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff
3. Maintain cleanliness and delegate responsibilities
4. Manage food preparation, safety, and quality standards
5. Train team members on Brand and Company standards
6. Communicate with district management
7. Complete administrative duties such as paperwork, inventory, and cash controls
8. Ensure a safe environment and report issues
9. Monitor financial and operational metrics for profitability
10. Conduct team check-ins and recognize performance
11. Implement disciplinary actions when necessary
