Availability - Shift/Days: Flexible Availability

Essential Duties

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements:

• Leadership and Management: Supervise 2 or more full-time employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and managing staff to ensure excellent customer service and store standards.
• Store Relationships: Develop positive relationships with suppliers, promote excellent service, and maintain a safe, positive community image.
• Training and Development: Conduct performance appraisals, ensure employee training, and promote safety awareness.
• Communications: Ensure proper communication channels with staff and management.
• Organizing and Planning: Develop action plans, manage store files, and oversee merchandise display and inventory.
• Financial: Analyze sales and expenses, manage budgets, safeguard cash, and report discrepancies.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise equipment and staff, use computers, and manage reports.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Open availability and effective communication skills in English.
• Certifications such as ServSafe or Food Safety Management may be required.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to work 50+ hours/week, lift up to 50 pounds, operate equipment, and work in various environments including cold temperatures.

Work Environment

Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks, requiring flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
