Bauer Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations of a fast-paced quick service restaurant in Terre Haute, Indiana. You will oversee guest services, training, scheduling, and staff development to ensure top-tier customer experiences.

Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach are essential. The role offers flexible hours within a 40–47 hour workweek, bonuses, insurance, and an IRA plan, with opportunities to promote from within as the company grows.

• Work an average of 45 hours per week.
• Stand on your feet for long period and lift 25 lbs.
• Promote employees from within the store to do all jobs.
• Truck ordering, banking, monitoring waste.
