Job summary

Repsol is seeking an engineering student for a summer internship with the Alaska Business Unit in Anchorage, AK. The Subsurface Engineering Intern will support production data workflows, allocation tracking, and reporting for the newest Alaska field, collaborating with Reservoir Engineers and Facilities teams.

Learn to use OFM, the Petex suite, and build Power BI visualizations while gaining hands-on experience in production analytics and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Two years completed toward a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Petroleum and Geosciences preferred).
• May 2027 graduates may be considered if enrolled in a post-graduate program.
• GPA 3.3 or higher as verified by transcript.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily and monthly production allocation for oil, gas, and water.
• Build Power BI dashboards and data visualizations to show production trends.
• Support data quality, validation, and reporting workflows.
