Schedule: Preferred availability includes Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m., and Wednesday and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; schedule may vary slightly based on Club needs.

A Substitute Youth Development Professional (YDP) plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of safe, interactive programs and activities for our Club members. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as Substitute YDPs must be available to work across multiple Bellevue locations based on staffing needs. Substitute YDPs assist in the daily delivery of a wide variety of developmentally appropriate youth programs and activities such as Education & Career Development, Sports & Recreation, Character & Leadership Development, Homework Support, and Specialized Initiatives.
This role is ideal for individuals who are self‑motivated and positive, and can balance an energetic, fun, youth‑focused atmosphere with professionalism and maturity. Substitute YDPs serve as role models for all Club Members and are expected to participate in all activities and motivate and inspire our youth to engage.
