A Youth Development Professional (YDP) supports Club Leadership in providing an outcome‑driven club experience in multiple programming areas such as the gym, games room, learning center, computer lab, kitchen, club entry, and other targeted areas. The YDP works directly with youth to ensure their safety, well‑being, and development through interactive play and prescribed activities.
All staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID‑19 unless a religious or medical accommodation is approved. Employees may provide proof of vaccination or obtain an accommodation form from Human Resources.
The job requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, use of hands to handle objects, and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception. The work environment is on‑site at the staff’s designated club and involves moderate to loud noise levels.
