Job summary

Be Beyond Great Tumbling Studio in Las Vegas is seeking an On-Call Substitute Coach to help our young athletes stay engaged and progress in tumbling, cheer, and trampoline sports. This role supports our regular coaching team and ensures a high-quality experience for families.

The position offers flexible, on-call hours suited to a family-friendly environment. You will lead classes when needed, encourage athletes, and uphold safety and inclusivity across all activities for ages 15 months to 16

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in coaching, gymnastics, cheerleading, or a related field.
• Passion for working with children and teens in a positive, supportive manner.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
• Availability to step in on short notice when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead tumbling, trampoline, or cheer classes when regular coaches are unavailable.

What You'll Do

As an On-Call Substitute Coach, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the high-quality experience our athletes and families have come to expect. Your key responsibilities will include:
