Job summary

San Antonio Guest Teachers is accepting applications for the 2026-27 school year to place substitute teachers in K‑12 classrooms in the San Antonio area. Set your own schedule and earn up to $172/day with weekly pay and support from 6am–8pm daily.

Responsibilities include covering lesson plans, supervising lunch and hallway duties, tutoring and proctoring during testing season. Applicants need at least 1 year of experience with children, 48+ college credits, and classroom management ability;

Qualifications

• Pass state and federal background checks (costs reimbursed after 10 assignments).
