Job summary

Pinnacles Prep Charter School is seeking a Substitute Teacher to provide daily instruction in line with prepared lesson plans and to uphold the school's mission and classroom routines. You will embody the school values and support student learning in a structured environment.

The role requires a WA state substitute certification or ability to obtain emergency certification, a valid WA teaching certificate, and fingerprint clearance. Compensation is $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• WA State Substitute Certification or ability to obtain emergency certification through OSPI.
• Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate required.
• Fingerprint clearance from WA State Patrol and FBI is required.

Responsibilities

• Daily instruction of students following the provided lesson plan and leaving notes.
• Embody Pinnacles Prep's mission and vision in the classroom.
• Teach, re-teach, and enforce school-wide systems, routines, and procedures.
