Job Duty

• You will receive an email from SPS regarding background check, orientation video, and onboarding documents.
• You will receive access to Frontline where available substitute jobs are located.

OSBI and Fingerprinting Information:

The State Department of Education requires a fingerprint background check for all Skiatook Public Schools’ certified and non-certified employees.

If your background check has been processed by another Oklahoma school district within the last five years and you can obtain a letter of good standing from that district along with the background check results, it may be accepted upon review.

There are two ways to complete your Background check and Fingerprinting:

• We can send it for you! Just bring the following:
  • $45 Cashier’s Check or Money Order made payable to OSBI (No cash or personal checks, please)
  • Fingerprint card completed at the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office ($15)
  • Bring to the Education Service Center located at 355 S Osage Skiatook, OK 74070
• Use one of the OSDE sites to do both the fingerprinting and the background check. Payment is made during the appointment or upon scheduling.
  • Visit identogo.com or call 1-877-219-0197 to schedule your appointment.
  • If using the website to schedule, select Digital Fingerprinting then select “Oklahoma” for the state.
  • Choose a convenient location
